Food Review: Nomama Artisanal Ramen - Japanese Food with a Twist

It is almost the end of the month for this year and my sister and I decided to have our lunch here. I really wanted to have my birthday celebration the previous year but dad wanted a private room and the venue didn’t have space for such. I was bummed wish I wasn’t asked he could and easily insist on his favorite restaurant which is tepanyaki style at Greenhills. I just didn’t like the fact dad orders too much food for all and have an overworked digestive system. Enough of my rambling and let’s go back to the topic. So basically this place has limited space for their dinners. Not a good idea if you have a huge group although it would be best to ask them for a reservation just to avoid confusion. The waiter/s food servers are friendly and accommodating the moment you enter the place. I find it cool you could watch the cooks/chefs always add up the finishing touches of each dish you ordered at the counter which is visible for you to observe. This what the menu list looks like.

For starters/appetizer : tuna spring roll with spicy ponzu and aragula Php 320

We decided to try out the Nomama Ramen which figured be their signature dish.
Looks really yummy since I was craving for some noodles for the longest time. The soup base was definitely savory to my taste buds and every ingredient used simply created a beautiful melody altogether it was worth it! We selected another dish to make sure our tummy be filled up.
As suggested we tried the kimchi and fried rice. It proved to be too spicy for my sister while I on the hand enjoyed munching on it. I miss eating kimchi since I can’t possibly stock a lot of it at home since it has quite a strong smell. Everyone at home will be complaining the other food in the fridge will be affected. *sobs*
Of course there is always room for some dessert.
We couldn't decide so ordered 2 based from the menu.
I loved the flourless chocolate cake with miso salted caramel as it wasn’t too sweet just right. While my big sis prefers the kit kat bar which she enjoyed a lot. We decided to bring some home for our nephew who loves eating kit kat and he was very happy once he got a bite of it. Both were really good!!!!!
I would say this is just tasty treat for both my big sis and I which we look forward to dine there again when time permits us to do so. Interested to know more about them? Simply click the link Nomama
