MY TOP 3 BLACK LISTED

I apologize for the not so positive vibe for the title. I just had to let out the blasted emotions that were churning inside for such a long time.

1. Skin Food --> I was excited to go to SM Megamall because finally a physical store which is Korean Skin Care/ Make up. I was enthusiastic to try their products and was very curious if my skin would be compatible with their products. This incident happened November 2006. Unfortunately my trip there was absolutely awful. Perhaps the way I look was relatively ragged and literally look like a pauper. Well that doesn't justify the treatment I received form those sales ladies. I am a customer and have means to buy things. I expected to be treated well not like a creep/thief. I simply hate the dagger looks they gave me which was a great insult. I had to make it clear to their head manager if that customers should be approached with smiles not with smirks. No one should be treated that way based on how they look. You get my drift? Arrggh!!!!! They did apologize but that didn't change my impression about the entire staff for I can sense deep down I know they were all just acting to compensate for the damage done. I have never again set foot near any skin food store nor the kiosks inside the department stores since. I do have a few samples at home but those were given to me by my very accommodating online store owners who are a 100% the nicest.

2. MMDA Traffic Enforcer --> This incident occurred April 2010 Saturday. I was with my big sis together with the driver and my nice/nephew's nanny who will be going back to her province for a vacation. We decide to save gas as the trip to the bus terminal was relatively nearby to our workplace besides what could possibly go wrong, right? The trip was smooth sailing until an MMDA officer gave a signal for our vehicle to stop at the side. He claims that our driver made a violation there was a ""no U-Turn" sign. I look at it intently and it wasn't clear and for goodness sake! It was NOT visible/ HUGE enough to be noticeable for the person who is driving. It was just approximately the size of an imported/American size toilet paper. How can anybody see that from a distance, imagine only a size of a ten year old child?!? Only superman or an Extremely laser sharp eyesight can view from where it was placed and it was positioned too LOW. I had to argue with the guy at the top of voice to make a point. My entire body at that time was shaking violently that made the MMDA traffic enforcer startled & later on in shock mode. I told in a booming voice "You better pay for my hospital bills!! I want to know your full name right now!!!!!" His complexion turned white like a clear sheet of paper and that was the moment he decided to let us go without any ticket and no fuss of whatsoever. I couldn't concentrate at work that day. We had to go out for an early lunch break just to calm down my nerves. I was furious that even the waiter we frequent at the Korean restaurant was wary of me. Thank goodness the food was satisfactory which managed to relax my boiling blood inside of me.

3. Aristocrat Bakeshop --> April 12, 2013 Friday we had to travel 2 hours just to arrive the destination to make a special order/special cake for my nephews birthday party. They only accept orders at their main branch which is at Roxas, I live in Quezon City which is relatively far because of the horrid traffic flow here in our country. The staff/woman in charge of taking our order form wasn't attentive enough. She was just there but her eyes were wandering outside literally saying "hurry up I want to have a break already ". I hate the fact no one was answering the phones/intercom connected to the baking production team. Everybody was too busy to answer it or they hanged it.. Before we left made sure had a rough sketch of how it should turn out the actual product which is the cake. We entrusted the candles and toppers and paid the full amount. I made a request of having it delivered directly at our home address as the delivery guy would pass by our place no matter which route he takes after all..obviously it was declined. Fine.

April 17 2013 Wednesday I called their branch at Abs Cbn branch as that was the nearest pick up point. I was hoping against hope at least the cake will look and still taste good on the day when I had to pick up.. I was in shock that they haven't done anything yet it was a few days to go before the pick up day. On the day itself of pick up I was literally shaking uncontrollably due to anger and mishaps that already occurred. I wanted a clear explanation what happened to the toppers and candles I left there. I was told the former employee in charge suddenly resigned and left everyone in panic. Great, right?!?!

They even wanted me to pay an additional charge for the candles which was MISSING I didn't want it but took it with me in the end. They probably lost it or somebody among the staff stole it since it was really eye catching. The girl who took our order didn't forward/endorse to the new employee in charge there. I had to let loose the bloody adrenaline rush in me as I tried my best to digest all the info coming at me with the person on the other line. Huge tears were rolling down my cheeks as I relayed my great disappointment towards their management as whole. I have to deal with this crap! I have a family history of being prone to having a severe s heart attacks, strokes & diabetic.

Guess what happened next? Their delivery guy is familiar to me & my big sis they actually found the darn "missing/misplaced/stolen" toppers which were needed together with the candles we left at their Roxas Blvd branch. They knew our home address as they were fast in trying to calm us down for their errors. I spent 4 long hours going and getting back home for just a cake that wasn't worth the money & energy at all.

Reason: Incompetent staff members + uncooperative production team + head of operations who doesn't give a damn on clients customers concern = EPIC FAILURE an EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. It is useless to be a loyal customer/client for several decades when service such as this is received. The guests at the party weren't saying anything but I can clearly see their facial expression with an awkward smile whispering with fellow guests. I somewhat puzzled and worried but it was already distributed to several people during the party. It was super duper over mega to the max embarrassment since the cake didn't turn out that great plus the taste was bitter for some reason. Thanks a lot! I refuse go waste my money, time & energy for that kind of treatment ever again.

So there you have it. It is not my hobby to bad mouth/bash/troll on anyone in a regular basis. I simply wanted to share the experiences such as these so you people won't have to go though the same nightmare as I have to endure.
